Service Plan Examples
SERVICE MAINTENANCE
As you know most of the systems come with a one-year warranty covering parts and labor.
The following is a list of extended service and maintenance programs which are available:
LEVEL ONE SERVICE PLAN
Emergency repair service is available on a first available basis during normal business hours, charged by the hour for post-warranty repair and service and for items not covered by warranty. Repairs to systems are: Allied's hourly rate, and materials are cost plus 25%
LEVEL TWO SERVICE PLAN
Emergency service is available within 4-6 business hours, for items that cannot be remotely diagnosed and repaired (if applicable).We will provide subsequent training by providing step by step instructions over the phone for up to 4 occurrences per year.We will remotely (for remotely accessible systems) make up to 2 software changes per year.If a system component fails you would call ALLIED and we would UPS you replacement "loaner", you would UPS ALLIED back the defective instrument, and ALLIED will forward the defective instrument to the manufacturer for repair. You would be responsible for the repair invoice charged by the manufacturer for repairs performed that are not under warranty and any freight charges. Cost: Priced Upon Request.
LEVEL THREE SERVICE PLAN
Emergency service is available with 2-4 hours, 24 hours per day, for items that cannot
be remotely diagnosed and repaired (if applicable).We will repair the copper: station, computer, and paging wire (placed by us) at no charge for labor and material.We will remotely (if your system is capable) make up to 2 software changes per year.We will provide subsequent training at customers request at our facility or on site up to twice per year for up to 2 people.We will provide escalated trouble resolution on your companies behalf with your: long distance carrier, your local telephone company, and other network interfaced vendors.If a device fails you would call ALLIED and we would deliver or UPS you a replacement "loaner", you would UPS ALLIED back the defective instrument. There will be no additional charges, unless damage is caused by abuse (accidental or intended). Cost: Priced Upon Request.
